Oven displays error F101 or F102
Issue
Oven displays error F101 or F102 and cannot set any functions
Applies to
- Built-In Oven
Solution
F101, F102 - Door lock sensor fault
- Check that the door is fully closed
- Restart the appliance and check that it works correctly after restarting.
Note: To restart the appliance, disconnect it from the mains and wait at least 30 seconds before switching it back on.
In the case of built-in appliances, it is unnecessary to disconnect the cable physically - the appliance can be disconnected using the household RCD breaker.
Contact an Authorized Service Centre.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Centre.
