How to set up FollowMe function
Applies to
- Westinghouse Split System Air Conditioner
Solution
FollowMe adjusts the temperature based on your remote’s location, always ensuring you’re comfortable, rather than adjusting to a sensor near the ceiling. No more guesswork required to be nice and comfy.
- Keep pressing Turbo button for more than 7 seconds to activate memory feature of Follow Me function.
The Follow Me function enables the remote control to measure the temperature at its current location and send this signal to the air conditioner every 3 minutes. When using AUTO, COOL or HEAT modes, measuring ambient temperature from the remote controller (instead of from the indoor unit itself) will enable the air conditioner to optimize the temperature around you and ensure maximum comfort.
