Air Conditioner water not draining – Window Wall

- Air Conditioner Window Wall
Solution
When operating in cooling mode - there is a thermostatically controlled drain plug that stops the water from draining in cooling mode (to aid efficiency).
When operating in heating mode – the thermostatically controlled drain plug will allow water to drain.
