Water not draining

Water leaking from indoor unit

Solution

If it’s a new installation - Request for the installer to come back to check the drainage system.

If it’s not a new installation - Check for obstructions on the “outlet” side of the drainage point.

1. Open and lift the indoor unit front panel.

• Hold the lower part of the left and right sides of the panel, pull it against you and lift it stops with support.

2. Check the drainage

• Carefully pour a glass of water on the evaporator.
• Ensure the water flows through the drain hose of the indoor unit without any leakage and goes out the drain exit.

1. The drain hose should point downward for easy drain flow.
