Solution
If the machine has just been installed
1. Make sure that the transit bolts are removed from the back of the appliance.
- Remove the three bolts by using the spanner supplied with the appliance.
- Pull out the plastic spacers.
- Put the plastic caps, that you find in the user manual bag, in the holes.
2. Check position and levelling
- Ensure the appliance is on a flat hard floor.
- Make sure that the appliance does not touch the wall or other units.
- Do not put cardboard, wood or equivalent materials below the appliance feet to adjust the level.
- The appliance must be level and stable.
- A correct adjustment of the appliance level prevents the vibration, noise and the movement of the appliance when in operation.
- When the appliance is installed on a plinth or a tumble dryer is stacked on the washing machine, use the stacking kit recommended for the product. Read carefully the instructions supplied with the appliance and with the accessory.
3. Check the laundry load
- The laundry is not evenly distributed in the drum, Pause the machine and redistribute laundry manually.
- There is very little laundry in the drum, load more laundry or reduce spin speed.
