Dishwasher does not turn on/ will not start but the power is on

Issue

• You cannot activate the appliance.
• The dishwasher does not / will not start but the power is on
• The dishwasher is stuck on the programme, cannot select a new one

Applies to

• Integrated Dishwasher
• Freestanding Dishwasher

Solution

You cannot activate the appliance

• Make sure that the mains plug is connected to the mains socket.
• Make sure that there is no damaged fuse in the fuse box

The programme does not start

• Make sure that the appliance door is closed.
• If the delay start is set, cancel the setting or wait for the end of the countdown.

Cancel re-set program, this will clear any previously set programmes or functions.
