Solution
Symptom:
Either the fridge is not cooling, or freezer is not cooling and fridge could be running constantly.
Check the temperature settings are set correctly
Correct settings
Incorrect setting
Check the position of the freezer shelf
- Move shelf in freezer to top position to allow for better airflow
Check the position of products in freezer to ensure the air vents are clear
- Do not pack food past the front of the shelf.
- Excessive plastic bags in the freezer help to block the air vents and circulation the reduce the amount of loose plastic bags used.
